Staffed a full-service bike shop, worked with the co-owners to provide instruction, repair services and part orders to community members. Worked events that promoted cycling including Bike to Work Day. Promoted safe cycling skills, and recommended safe routes to campus. Secured donations from campus organizations, and budgeted for the maintenance of shop equipment.

Mounting and testing security devices, including modifying device casings and cables. Provided phone and email support to student consultants and other Instructional Computing staff. Managed the daily operation of a 15-person crew, generally without direct supervision. Tracked supply use and forecast needs. Successfully repainted ~288 dorm rooms over the summer break on time and on budget.
